Bellingham and Foden Return as Tuchel Names England Squad; Alex Scott Gets First Call-Up

England manager Thomas Tuchel has recalled Jude Bellingham and Phil Foden for the upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Serbia and Albania. Bellingham, who was left out of the October squad over character concerns, returns to the team alongside Manchester City’s Foden. Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott earns his first senior call-up in a surprise inclusion.
