By Afolabi Nelson

The Lagos State Police Command has declared activist and politician Omoyele Sowore wanted for allegedly planning to incite public unrest and block major roads in the state.

Commissioner of Police Olohundare Jimoh announced this on Monday at the Iyana-Oworo end of the Third Mainland Bridge, saying the police are tracking Sowore and others suspected of organizing the planned disruptions.

He warned that Sowore must report to the nearest police station or face arrest anywhere he is found. Jimoh added that intelligence reports showed plans to stage protests at key locations, including the Third Mainland Bridge, Lekki Tollgate, and Freedom Park, stressing that anyone causing trouble would be dealt with according to the law.
