Otunba Tunde Badmus Resigns as Chief of Staff to Senator Olubiyi Fadeyi Ajagunla

Otunba Tunde Badmus has formally resigned from his position as Chief of Staff to Senator Olubiyi Fadeyi, representing Osun Central Senatorial District in the National Assembly. His resignation takes effect from July 21, 2025.

In a letter addressed to the Senator, Badmus described his tenure as an honour and privilege, highlighting his contributions to the senator’s vision and collaboration with the team. He expressed deep appreciation for the opportunity to serve and pride in the milestones achieved during his time in office.

Commending Senator Fadeyi’s leadership, Badmus noted the senator’s commitment to responsive representation and people centered governance, which he said had inspired many in public service.

“As you take the next step in your political journey,” he wrote, “I wish you continued success in your legislative assignments and in all your future endeavors.”

Badmus concluded the letter with gratitude for the opportunity to serve under Senator Fadeyi’s leadership.
